- Lead and inspire our talented bakery team to create mouth-watering cookies
- Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction
- Manage daily operations and keep our bakery running smoothly
- Train new team members and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and quality control to ensure everything is top-notch

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a bakery or supervisory role
- Passion for baking and excellent knowledge of baking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for making people’s days sweeter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- baking: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
