Driver/inspector

RMS is collaborating with a remarkable automotive company located in Crewe. We are seeking Vehicle Handling Operatives to join our established Yard team on a flexible ongoing basis. The client’s facility offers vehicle storage, inspection, maintenance, dispatch, and transportation services. PDI operatives play a crucial role in handling the movement of high-end vehicles within the automotive compound.

**About the Role**:

- Based at Crewe
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Performing safe vehicle movements in a multifaceted compound setting
- Conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections in accordance with quality standards
- Perform appropriate safety testing of vehicle settings
- Vehicle fuelling and valeting
- Documentation of all associated inspection paperwork

**About you**:

- All applicants hold a valid driver’s license with less than 6 penalty points & no DR offences.
- All applicants will need to pass an onsite drivers’ assessment and a pre-employment drug and alcohol test to be considered for the role.
