Due to the continued growth and expansion within our business, Evans Halshaw Leasing have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join our experienced and friendly team.

Evans Halshaw Leasing (EHL) is a digital web business operating within the personal contract hire and SME contract hire market and are part of the Pendragon Vehicle Management business.

Pendragon Vehicle Management is the growing fleet management and leasing business within the Pendragon PLC Group. As part of Pendragon PLC, you will have exposure to the industry’s leading brands such as Porsche, JLR, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Stellantis and more. You’ll work alongside the largest independent operator of franchised motor dealerships in Europe and our office premises in Derby have recently undergone significant refurbishment to ensure our working environment is attractive to our people and customers alike.

**What does the role of Leasing Consultant involve?**
- Qualify the customer to understand their needs and make recommendations on vehicles based on their requirements
- Propose products and services where appropriate for the customer
- Achieve strong conversion levels on enquiries to finance proposals and orders
- Actively manage existing customer data and create new customer data records through our CRM system, ensuring the data is accurate and meets the business requirements
- Manage existing customers and seek to achieve a high level of retention
- Develop a high level of product knowledge across vehicle brands in order to ensure the customer receives clear, transparent and accurate information

**What do you need to succeed as a Leasing Consultant?**
- Experience in a target driven position
- Sales experience having upsold or cross sold products would be favourable
- Industry knowledge is preferable but not essential
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability and desire to sell
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Computer proficient and comfortable using a variety of different systems
- Consistently achieve and deliver exceptional levels of customer service

The position is based at our offices in Derby with hybrid working available.

The working hours are 9-6 Monday to Friday.
