Our client is an independent health and adult social care firm, offering excellent nursing care services to the elderly.

**The Role**:
As a **Clinical Lead**, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Previously worked as a Clinical Lead or in a similar role.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) certified.
- Care home experience (preferable)
- Possess strong clinical skills.
- Experience working in a nursing home setting. (Beneficial)
