Totum Partners are delighted to be working with a leading law firm recruiting for Legal Biller for a 12 Month FTC based in their Birmingham office.

The ideal Legal Biller will be responsible for the following:

- Raising of bills
- Ensure bills are dispatched
- Monitoring of the billing mailboxes and dealing with requests
- Time and disbursement and write-offs
- Lawyer & PA liaison
- Collaboration with other finance teams
- Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
- Ensure compliance with VAT / local tax regulations
- Provide cover for specific tasks
- Production of monthly and quarterly client reports

The ideal Legal Biller will have the following:

- Experience with billing fees or cost
- Excellent team player
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to use own initiative
- Organised and methodical
