**Client Advisor East Renfrewshire: Job Description**

We are looking to increase our staff resources in the East Renfrewshire area. Reporting to the Project Leader, this is an exciting time to join our team to play an active role as a Client Advisor in assisting adults with Health Barriers into the workplace and helping them overcome multiple barriers. Paramount to this role, is improving and enhancing their life chances, their living environment and well being.

We are keen to recruit a motivated, people centric individual who can work well to deliver deadlines & job start performance as well as understand the client journey and progression into sustainable employment.

This would initially be for 6 months to cover maternity leave with an option to extend further.

**Do you have the essential criteria we are looking for?**
- Experience of dealing with challenging behaviors in a supported environment
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Ability to be flexible in approach to work
- Good reporting & recording skills
- Target driven environment
- Full Driving licence and access to a car for business use

**Salary**

£23,500 Per Annum

**Hours**

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (Hybrid working between home and office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
