Ecommerce Assistant

I am currently recruiting an Ecommerce assistant for a Chichester based business who are looking to add to their growing marketing team. The key focus for this role will be to add new products and contents across different ecommerce platforms.

Job responsibilities;
You will pro-actively create, maintain and update product listings across their e-commerce websites, to include imagery, copywriting product descriptions, ensuring listings and related data are consistent across the site. This will be done via their ProductInformation System (PIM).

You will be responsible for all product data integrity

Writing product descriptions and working with supplier to gather any missing data/information

Maintain Customer data for all marketing purposes.

Skills and experience required;
You must be proficient in Excel (formulas, lookups and data validation techniques

A keen eye with the ability to spot the smallest of errors

A high level of problem solving skills

Experience of working within an ecommerce / data driven environment

If you have used a PIM system, this would be hugely advantageous.

Rewards;
Salary of £22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience

25 days holiday per year + BH
