As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process returns, replacements and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with others to address complex customer needs.
- Identify areas of improvement for our customer service processes

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in a customer service role, ideally with an online retailer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Zendesk and Magento is ideal.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
