Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor on a Full Time Permanent basis in Northfleet, Kent. Working in an in-house OH department you will be tasked with delivering health surveillance and management referrals and adviseon all aspects regarding the impact of employee health on work.
- Fitness for work assessments
- Implementation of health-related policies and procedures
- Undertake relevant health surveillance programmes.
- Liaise closely with the site Physician on programme implementation, Health Surveillance results, Ill Health Retirement cases, and externally reported occupational illness.
- Participate in health compliance reviews of local programmes / service delivery.
- Take the lead on advising leadership and developing site approach to inspire a culture of health and wellness.
To Apply:

- The OHA will be a registered nurse and be on Part 3 of the NMC with a specialist OH practitioner status or a Diploma in Occupational Health.
- At least 3 years experience as an OHA undertaking a full OH remit.
**Salary: £40,000 - £46,000
