A great opportunity has arisen for cocktail mixologists positions at Niku. Therefore if you are an experienced, versatile and adventurous mixologist, with pure love for creating exciting cocktails/ Mocktails, you are looking at the right advertisement.

**What we require back from you**:

- Mixing Drinks and putting on a show
- Entertain and Educate Guests
- Design New Beverage Menu Items
- Clean and Organize Bar
- Make Drink Suggestions
- Prepare Garnishes
- Full support of the daily operation of the Bar
- Fulfil customer needs at all time
- Making sure the environment of the bar area is always up to standard
- Ensure all customer comes and leave with a smile
**Must be able to work Friday & Saturday evenings**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
