Gymnastics Coach

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and instruction to gymnasts between the ages of 5-11. Your role will involve creating a positive and supportive training environment, helping children develop their skills, and promoting a love for the sport of gymnastics.

**Duties**:

- Plan and lead gymnastics training sessions for individuals and groups
- Teach proper techniques and form
- Provide feedback and guidance to children to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of all children by enforcing proper safety protocols and spotting techniques
- Motivate and inspire gymnasts to set goals, work hard, and strive for excellence

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach or in a similar role is proffered
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety guidelines
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Passion for working with children and helping them develop their physical abilities
- Excellent organizational skills to plan training sessions and track athlete progress
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive training environment

**Skills**:

- Sports coaching: Demonstrated ability to coach children in various gymnastics disciplines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 1 - 12 per week
