Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fencer to join our team. As a Fencer, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing fences for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and various construction techniques. If you have a strong background in fencing, landscaping, Carpentry and other related skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair fences according to project specifications
- Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate placement
- Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
- Fabricate and assemble fence panels using power tools
- Cut and shape materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install gates, hinges, latches, and other necessary hardware
- Repair damaged fences by replacing broken post, boards or sections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fencer or similar role
- Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
- Knowledge of carpentry, masonry, welding, and other related skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
