**Salary**: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Electrical: 1 year (preferred)
- Drainage: 1 year (preferred)
- Handyman: 1 year (preferred)
- Installation of Doors: 1 year (preferred)
- Vinyl Flooring: 1 year (preferred)
- Plumbing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
