Sales Administrator

Due to expansion and growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy team based at their depot.

This is an exciting role within a family run business where you will be valued, trained properly and always supported. This company firmly believe in rewarding hard work, that's why they have in place an incentive scheme which could see you earn extra bonuses per year based upon annual profit.

The role will bring fresh challenges every day adapting to different work loads each day and you must have a can-do attitude. The role will be mostly working alone therefore the ability to self manage is vital, although full support will be given.

General administration duties to include:

- Processing orders.
- Customer quotes.
- Invoicing.
- Filing.
- Stock counts.
- Management of customer records.
- Creating and maintaining internal documents.
- Greeting customers.
- Answering the phone to clients.

Skills required:

- You must have at least 5 years previous administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Previous administration experience.
- Great time management.
- Have strong attention to detail, be highly organised and reliable.

Job Hours:
(8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday although this can be flexible to suit the individual)

Due to the location of this role and limited public transport access. Your own car will be necessary.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
