We firmly believe that Everyone Matters, Everyone Achieves. Our core values are embodied in the 4Cs - Courtesy, Consideration, Cooperation, and Contribution, the principles of Respect and Honesty and the commitment to encouraging Perseverance and Hard Work.

It is through these values that we bring to life our mission statement: "To inspire our students to be confident and open-minded through exceptional teaching in a caring school community”

**Ethos and values**

Our established values of Courtesy, Consideration, Contribution and Cooperation (the 4Cs), underpin the school’s behaviour ethos and what we call the Highgate Wood Way.
