Design Draughtsman

**Job Summary / Key Responsibilities**:

- Producing layouts & detailed drawings
- Producing material schedules in line with tender allowances
- Raise any variation works on the project to the commercial team.
- Co-ordination for own projects.
- Carry out site measurements, surveys and assessment of our clients requirements
- Attend design team meeting as required
- Review project specifications, providing technical layouts, details and estimates in support of tendering and quotation activities
- Identify and meet client requirements and expectations
- Deliver strong performance to sustain effective client relationships
- Creation of accurate technical documentation
- Evaluate, organise and prioritise work within the overall project schedule and client requirements
- Project management duties

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to understand and meet the needs of customers (both internal and external)
- Display effective organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines(both internal and external)
- Experience within the roofing and cladding / façade sector.
