Your Impact:
As a Debt Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective debt management and legal support services for the Income Management team. Key responsibilities include:

- Efficient Debt Collection: Managing all former tenant related debt collection, providing excellent service delivery, and exhausting all options before recommending write-off.
- Legal Support: Offering necessary legal support services for Possession Claims, ensuring adherence to court protocols, and maintaining detailed records.
- Customer Service Excellence: Delivering empathetic customer service, promoting financial inclusion, and actively promoting fairness and diversity.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaising effectively with external agencies and other departments, contributing to relevant projects and tasks as required.

To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:

- ** £32,790 annual base salary (pro-rata for part-time)**
- Permanent, Part-time Contract (22.5 hours over 3 days)
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 4% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 4% + Eastlight 8% = Total 12%)
- Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time)
