As an Order Processing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing website orders, providing delivery date information, and assisting customers with there orders. Responsibilities: As an Order Processing Specialist at Sanctuary Bathrooms Leeds, your responsibilities will encompass various tasks aimed at delivering excellent service and efficiently managing customer orders. Your primary duties will include:
Processing Website Orders: You will be responsible for accurately and promptly processing customer orders placed through our website. This involves verifying order details, product availability, and pricing to ensure smooth transactions.

Advising Customers on Delivery Dates: Effectively communicate with customers regarding their order status and estimated delivery dates. You will provide clear and timely information to manage customer expectations and address any delivery-related inquiries.

Recording and Maintaining Order Data: Maintain meticulous records of customer orders and interactions within our CRM system to ensure an up-to-date and comprehensive database.

Collaborating with Warehouse and Delivery Teams: Work closely with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, being empathetic, patient, and dedicated to addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential when interacting with customers and internal teams. Clearly convey information about orders, delivery dates, and product details in a friendly and professional manner.

Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to order details, ensuring accuracy in processing and providing information to customers.

Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple orders and inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

Customer Service Orientation: Strive to deliver exceptional customer service, understanding and addressing customer needs with empathy.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with bathroom products and their specifications will be beneficial in providing accurate product information.

**Job Type**:
Full-time Salary: From £22,000.00 per year Casual dress code and on-site parking are available.

Preferred qualifications for this role include previous experience in order processing, customer service, or related fields. Knowledge of distance selling regulations is advantageous.

The work location for this position is LS12 2EP.
