sia Abrasives Ltd (part of the Bosch Power Tools/Accessories Division) is an innovative manufacturer of non-woven and foam abrasive products as well as a distributer in the UK of coated abrasives. The sites in Greetland, West Yorkshire and Alfreton, Derbyshire, have a wealth of experience in the manufacture and development of abrasive products, ideally complementing sia Abrasives’ systems solutions.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support production of HFM Reporting Pack in line with Fast Actual Reporting deadlines.
- Maintain supplier bank details to ensure accurate data is available for supplier payment runs in line with internal controls.
- Validation and closure of Works orders to identify inaccuracies ready for month end closing. Liaise with other departments to ensure that errors and trials are coded correctly.
- Plant reporting and Plant KPI’s under the Bosch Plant model.Provide additional month end reporting packages and analysis for decision making including but not limited to PPC Vols and Vals, First Level Variances, CBIT reporting, Operational Performance Tracking.
- Supporting the internal audit process by generating samples, checking the relevant evidence provided meets the controls outline in the Bosch Central Directive.
- Generate monthly cost centre reporting and provide analysis in case of deviations from the budgeted values.
- Support other group reporting requirements as appropriate, eg. lements of the year end forecasting, analysis to support transfer pricing/cost deviations, additional plant variance analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two years finance accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing sector.
- AAT qualified.
- IT literate, Excel.
- Team player/leader.
- Positive communicator.
- Able to accept “change” and work flexibly to high standards.
- Customer focused (internal and external).
