We're looking for a confident and experienced Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, this is an opportunity to work part-time with a large, stable, and established local employer.

We need a Receptionist to cover 15 hours a week on the below shift pattern:
Monday: 8:00am to 13:00pm (five hours)

Tuesday: 12:30pm to 17:30pm (five hours)

Friday: 8:00am to 13:00pm (five hours)

Opportunities for overtime to cover both AM and PM shifts.

We are looking for a Receptionist to come and join our team on a permanent basis with flexible working hours. We need someone who understands great customer service and wants to improve the service that we offer.

You may have a reception, administrative, or retail background with excellent customer service skills. You will cover the reception desk and be the first point of contact for many of our customers. **You will be offered full training for this role.**

**Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist**
- Answer the telephone, deal with queries / enquiries and divert all incoming calls for UK sites using Switchboard
- Greet and attend to visitors by issuing security passes and directing to site contact
- Preparing the incoming and outgoing post for all of our departments
- Book meeting rooms and organise refreshments for internal and external visitors
- Provide administrative support to the HR department by typing documents and letters as required
- Maintain health and safety by ensuring reception is kept tidy at all times and checking that reception and meetings rooms are clear of visitors in the event of a fire evacuation

- Good customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to be discrete and confidential at all times
- Flexible, highly organised, with good prioritising skills
