**The role**:

- We are in search of an individual who is captivating and motivational to join our team of regional Membership Recruiters/ Fundraisers working at local venues and events.
- The Purpose of this position is to motivate prospective contributors to become a member of a leading and international children’s charity to assist in their essential efforts through regular monthly support.

- People with a can-do attitude that enjoy working in various places, rather than being stuck behind a desk in an office.
- Effective and confident communicators who can talk to anyone and everyone.
- Those who are comfortable and motivated to reach and surpass targets/KPIs.
- Experience of field sales, promotional roles, or a face-to-face fundraising background is welcome, but not essential. Transferrable skills in people-facing communication roles will be considered.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English.
