About us

ACS is based in Banbury and specialises in the manufacture and retail of custom-made hearing protection and in-ear monitoring for the music, entertainment, motorsport, and industrial sectors.

We currently have a permanent full-time vacancy at our office in Banbury for an Office Administrator.

Job description

As an office administrator your tasks will be:

- Customer service
- Booking in new orders
- Packing and despatching completed orders.
- Taking calls and giving advice on products when required.

Previous experience in one or more of the above would be advantageous, however full training can be provided for all tasks.

We are looking for:

- A Flexible approach to work
- An active team player
- Someone who is organised.
- Someone who can prioritise workloads.
- Self-motivated
- Able to work under their own initiative.
- Be computer literate.
- Have a good telephone manner.
- An ability to effectively deal with and resolve customer queries.
