We're looking for strong Coordinators, Administrators, Data Entry or Document Controllers that are interested in cross-training and looking to make a real investment in their career at Ogi.

**About you**
This is a great opportunity to work with a growing team who are an integral part of the wider business at Ogi. Ideally, you’ll have built up some experience in a similar role but we’re quite open for what that looks like. If you’re an experienced Co-ordinator, Administrator, Data Entry, or Document Controller then you will be well-suited for this position.

At this point you’re probably thinking _“What is a Wayleave?” _simply put, it’s obtaining consent from a landlord, or landowner, to allow construction, maintenance, and management of network cables and equipment over or under land.

This means as a Wayleaves Coordinator, you will be a point of contact for our internal teams and external contractors acting as a channel for information. We're searching for people who are super organised, have great communication skills, a persuasive, friendly personality and have the ability to problem solve effectively - The real key is someone who can multi-task, learn quickly and isn’t afraid to have a voice in a growing company.
- _Excellent organisation, business administration and analytical skills.
- Experience in a Co-ordinator, Administrator, Data Entry or Document Controller roles or similar
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

It would be ideal if you have any experience with dealing with wayleave agreements, legal documents, solicitors, land agents and use of Land Registry searches. _If you have some experience but not everything, please keep reading - we’re keen to speak to someone who wants to learn and progress in their career.

**What you’ll be doing**
You’ll work in a brand-new team _to help facilitate the granting of wayleave agreements. _As training continues, you’ll grow in experience and take on more responsibility working in a really varied position.

Working closely with the wider Build Team, the Wayleaves Coordinator will play a significant role in all things Build at Ogi.You'll learn more about FTTP, Wayleaves, and the great work Ogi is doing - you’ll be fostering strong relationships both internally and externally, the role will encompass processing information, managing systems and stakeholders, negotiating agreements, and inputting data.
- This means the responsibilities will be quite varied, but not be limited to:_
- Tracking, chasing, and filing of wayleaves and assisting with the finalisation of wayleave agreements to initiate work.
- Undertaking referencing activities to enable the production of wayleave agreements.
- Carrying out land registry searches, to show the land ownership boundaries, access routes and other permissions that are required.
- Managing the data interface with the outsourced provider for the majority of wayleaves.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with landowners and internal departments.
- Log new wayleave requests as well as updating and maintain the wayleave register and tracker.
- Liaise with customers, land agents, solicitors and team members regarding all wayleave matters.
- Deal with day-to-day queries and incoming calls, logging on the wayleave register.
- Undertake analysis to enable the assignment of wayleave requirements.
- Preparation of weekly progress reports in support of project builds.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
