Bangor, United Kingdom Funeral Partners Full time

**About Us**

At Funeral Partners, we offer a sensitive, professional service to the families in our care, and we are leading the way in setting new standards of excellence within the profession.

**The Opportunity**

John Gray & Co Funeral Directors currently have a vacancy for a Casual Mobile Funeral Arranger, to work in our Bangor branch,** **with some travel around the Belfast area supporting John Gray & Co branches including Bangor, Holywood, Newtownards and also Shields of Donaghadee as required.

Caring, and organised, our Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of our team; offering a warm welcome, and guiding our families through the whole funeral process. They couple their incredible interpersonal and listening skills, with an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills.

As well as supporting families in making funeral arrangements, Funeral Arrangers are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately, and on time. They are also responsible for providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director, in order that every little detail goes to plan on the day.

Our Funeral Arrangers also help with organising our local community and charity activities, such as coffee mornings, charity walks, pub quizzes, and more.

Being a Funeral Arranger can be an opportunity to make a real difference during a difficult time for people, and there is a chance to progress into other roles such as Diary Manager, or Funeral Director, with the right skills and determination.

For this vacancy, we are not necessarily looking for previous experience in funeral arranging. Just good organisational and administrative skills, and a natural empathy for people. As this is a mobile role, you will also need a full driving licence, and your own transport.

Come and join us, we will give you all the tools you need to be a success.
