Role: General Assistant/ House Supervisor

Our property, simple yet elegant, features a café/bistro, garden, gift shop and rooms.

Role:
Implementing our ideas to shape Manorbier House into a uniquely personal experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service.

2. Quality control of all food & drinks offerings, as well as maintaining and ensuring food safety standards.

3. Daily administerial duties required with use of Office 365, Rotacloud, Lodgify and social media.

4. Promote our emporium vibe of Manorbier House, hosting events to connect with the local and tourist community.

5. Collaborate with retail, the gift shop, and rooms for a seamless visitor experience.

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
