**The Purpose of the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services professional to lead our HR operations and drive efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of HR services. As the Head of function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operational team and delivering a high quality service to our colleagues.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Implement strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of HR services
- Manage the HR services team, through a team of experienced Managers
- Strive for process and operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in service delivery standards
- Oversee the HR operations including payroll, HR administration and employee data management
- Instil appropriate levels of governance and control are in place to ensure legislative, policy and regulatory compliance at all times
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data and records in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop and maintain relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines in collaboration with other HR stakeholders and centres of excellence
- Ensure that all HR related enquiries are addressed and resolved to agreed SLAs
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the HR operations and identify areas of improvement
- Partner with other HR stakeholders to develop and deliver HR programs and initiatives to meet business needs
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR operations and technology
- Maintain and further develop HR operational systems

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- Suitably qualified in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Significant experience in HR operations, including in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including payroll, HR Systems administration and employee data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent analytical and problem solving, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with HR technology and systems
- Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a high quality service to employees
