**Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship Training Assessor**

**Hours**: 37 hours per week
- 43 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures)

**About the Role**
Are you an experienced tradesperson in Carpentry and Joinery, having achieved an apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery yourself? Are you at a stage in your career where you would like pass on your skills and knowledge?

Would you like to support our apprentices to achieve their qualifications by assessing their skills in the workplace and helping them to complete their portfolios?

You will work closely with employers across the wider region, helping to nurture a new generation of future apprentices by supporting our apprentices in the workplace and laying down the foundations for their onward career.

We are looking for an organised individual with great communication skills who has a passion for learning and a desire to help others succeed. You will promote the College as a leading, quality apprenticeship training provider for Carpentry and Joinery and support our apprentices to be the best that they can be.

**Training and Qualifications**
Our experienced team of staff will guide you through the role and support you as you build up your experience. If you do not have your assessor and verifier qualifications we will fund the cost of your training.

We also deliver a range of T Levels, Traineeships, Apprenticeships, degree level courses, working with over 1,000 employers, helping them to meet their current and future skills needs.
