**Study Mentor - **The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the College to support our learners through the Tuition Fund.
- You will provide support to our students on an individual and/or small group basis where you will impart relevant study skills and self-management techniques to our students
- You will support our learners to develop skills, confidence, knowledge through 1:1 or small group delivery and the use of SMART Targets
- You will liaise with curriculum teams and our additional learning support teams where required to ensure learners are supported
- The Tuition Fund is all about providing support to students who have been disadvantaged by COVID 19, which includes providing opportunities for those identified students to catch up with any missed learning to allow the to successfully progress throughCollege and further educational providers
**Study Mentor - **You:
- You will have experience of working with young adults in a support role
- You will have knowledge of different learning styles and how to support these whilst imparting knowledge around study skills
