**Job Purpose**

As a Warehouse Operative at Go Swag, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory records and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Main duties & responsibilities**

The following list will give you an idea of critical priorities for the coming strategic period. In particular, you will:

- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock.
- Store stock in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack merch for orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Ensure inventory counts are accurate and conduct regular stock checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
