We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking EAL Learning Support Assistant/Mentor who can build positive working relationships with our international students, support their induction into our school community and support their ongoing development of English language.

Our EAL Learning Support Assistant/Mentor will work as part of our learning support team in school and will support students both in class and through small group intervention.

Our provision for students with EAL has developed over recent years. This post has come about because of the increase in international students who are joining our school. We are ambitious for all students, particularly those with EAL and want to ensure all students get the support they need to enable them to make great progress.

Earlier this year our learning support team moved into our new purpose built accommodation. This new accommodation reflects our ambition to provide the best possible education and learning environment for all students so that they can live life to the full both now and in the future.
