**Virtual Support Assistant**

**Main Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to fee earning teams throughout the legal case journey.
- Offer guidance in utilizing appropriate business systems, including travel booking, expense processing, 3e reporting, and Microsoft Teams.
- Assist in creating and maintaining electronic case files, file closure, and archiving.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and manage workload effectively.

- Proficiency in DWF systems and confidence in providing advice and guidance to users.
