**Well-being Support Assistant - Northampton - Student Support - Mental Health Support - January**

Looking for to develop your career and grow your knowledge of students that need well-being support? Do you have personal or previous experience supporting children with SEN needs? Do you want to grow your understanding of well-being needs and gain experiencefor your career path? This could be the role for you.

We are supporting a number of primary schools in the Northampton area in finding nurturing and understanding staff to support students with additional needs. This can range from SEMH needs, Well-being & mental health support, autism, ADHD and many otherlearning difficulties.

This role will include supporting students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to develop their confidence, grow their coping mechanisms and support their development. You may also be required to support socialisation activities to support the children.Within this role, there will be supporting well-being and elements of mental health / emotional regulation supporting a child in their understanding.

For the right person these roles can be highly rewarding but also challenging. We are looking for someone who has a similar nature to the school that requires them to be nurturing, kind, caring and understanding.

- Salary is £350 a week for full-time work
- Hours will be 8:30 and 3:30 (May differ depending on setting)
- Daily cover / short-term / long-term contracts available
