Semi-senior/senior Accountant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Semi-Senior to Senior Accountant to join a thriving, friendly, well-established firm of Accountants based in Goudhurst, Kent.

About the firm:
With over 30 staff, this 4 Director firm of Chartered Accountants are keen to expand their existing team. Founded in 2009, this modern firm has clients from a wide range of sectors, and they offer a variety of services to help their clients with many aspectsof their accounting needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation of VAT returns
- Assisting clients with their Tax compliance
- Accounts production - whether that be preparation through to draft review for the more Junior applicants or through to completion for those working at a more senior level
- Liaising with clients when necessary
- Working within the Accounts team and reporting to Managers when appropriate
- 2+ years Practice experience in an Accounts role
- Studying towards a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/AAT (or qualified if more Senior)
- Good written English and communication skills

Additional information:

- Salary from £23,000 p/a to £33,000 p/a
- Monday - Friday
- Study support (if required)
