**Internal Sales Person**

**Hours of work: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)**

Ensinger Group Ltd is a UK market leader in the manufacture of semi-finished products and finished parts, complete assemblies and precision profiles from high performance plastics. Our name in quality allows Ensinger to work with a number of industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Formula 1.

This role includes the retention of existing accounts, the development of accounts, telephone sales, processing of sales orders and all basic office duties.

**Main Duties of the Role**:

- Ability to work well under pressure, good with figures, establish good customer relations, provide quotations for materials, negotiating on price when necessary to secure future orders.
- Processing of sales orders.
- To develop existing accounts through regular contact, and utilise any quieter periods to contact dormant accounts.
- Work closely with Internal Sales and Warehouse staff across other branches and Head Office to offer the best service for customers.
- Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with the service offered by Ensinger, including the materials / goods are supplied correctly and to specification.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience within a proactive sales role.
- Excellent telephone and customer service experience.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, or equivalent to ‘C’ grade or above (must include mathematics).

The package includes 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), plus an additional day off for your Birthday. Holiday entitlement increase by one day per calendar year to a maximum of 33 days. We also offer holiday flexibility by being able to take as little as one hour annual leave.
