**The Role**

Due to an increase in business, we are currently seeking a highly meticulous Accounts Clerk to work within our friendly accounts team in the Keynsham Head Office.

As an Accounts Clerk you will be responsible for issuing rent payments, dealing with end of tenancies and paying any landlord expenses for bills and repairs via a purchase ledger system firstly checking, if necessary, funds are available.

Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor you will process new lets and extensions and allocate refunds of overpaid rent, deposits and process refund fees to Landlords & Tenants, updating the relevant database where appropriate.

**Successful applicants** will possess some experience of working within an accounts department along with knowledge of purchase ledger. You will have strong attention to detail, be highly organised and enjoy working within a fast paced accounts environment.

Once fully trained there is an option for this role to be a mix of home and office based.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
