**Rate of Pay**: £14 per hour

**Hours of Work**: 40 hrs a week, permanent role

Magna House Hospital is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Consultant Psychiatrist on a permanent and full time basis. This Acute Inpatient Mental Health Service has recently recruited a new team following restructuring and we are delighted to announce our recent CQC _'Good’ _rating. **Information about the Role**:
Working in Maintenance Worker in Magna House your duties will include the following:

- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Taking apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary.
- Using common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.

**Necessary Experience or Qualifications**:
Someone who has a real passion for maintenance and high-quality work.
- Proven maintenance experience.
- Must be a Driver with a Current and Valid Driving License.
- Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
- Have the right to the work in the UK.
- Good working knowledge of industry legislation and safe practices.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
