We are seeking a qualified AAT Assessor to join our team and work with our apprentices on their Level 2, 3, and 4 qualifications. As an AAT Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of apprentices in their workplace or online, and providing constructive feedback to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess the competence of apprentices in accordance with the AAT standards
- Provide constructive feedback to apprentices and their employers on their progress and development needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, feedback, and progress
- Ensure compliance with AAT assessment policies and procedures
- Support the delivery of training and development programmes, as required

**Requirements**:

- AAT qualification at Level 4 or above
- A recognised assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
- Previous experience as an AAT Assessor, ideally working with apprentices
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-portfolio systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
