**Restaurant Supervisor - Stunning new restaurant opening**

We are looking for a talented and experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** for **The Greenhouse on the Terrace**, a brand new restaurant and roof terrace bar overlooking the canal at Castle Quay in Banbury.

With beautiful interiors, a locally sourced, seasonal menu and a stunning roof top location, the focus of Greenhouse is simply great food and excellent service in special surroundings.

**About the role**

The **Restaurant Supervisor** will ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of our restaurant and terrace bar by delegating duties, monitoring product and service quality, organising breaks, ensuring all due diligence is completed, assisting with the training and recruitment and supervising and motivating the team to ensure the very highest standards of service.

**About you**

As a** Restaurant Supervisor **you should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience as a supervisor in a restaurant or casual dining environment is essential.
- Enthusiasm for working in the hospitality industry
- A passion for food and drink
- Confident in leading a team
- Good communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships with others easily
- Ability to thrive in a busy high volume, high energy environment and can manage multiple tasks and guest with ease
- Highly social, motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to details

**Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.**
