**Receptionist/Conveyancing Assistant**
As a Receptionist/Conveyancing Assistant you will support the employer with an array of legal work in an assistive capacity, supporting in whatever way needed.
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate effectively and have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to multi-task, organise and have good time management
- Possess excellent IT skills
- Be able to work well under pressure and stick to tight deadlines.
- Possess good administrations skills - typing, filing etc.
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Possess strong customer service skills, patience, and consideration for dealing with clients.
- Hold a high Level of discretion with confidential matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Providing administrative assistance to fee earners.
- Opening and closing files.
- Updating the case management system and data input.
- Conducting due diligence checks.
- Consulting with estate agents, mortgage advisors and lenders.
