Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Accept payment in respect of sales
- Replenish stocks of goods in stores
- Provide information to potential clients and additional services to customers after the point of sale.
- Have to have knowledge of sales techniques with clear knowledge of products or service being sold.
- Have familiarity with cash and credit handling procedures with necessary record keeping with those tasks.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills(English, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Proficient in computer literacy
