Randstad have an opportunity available for an exams assistant to join the team at Belfast Metropolitan College in the Castlereagh campus.

**Requirements**:

- 12 months experience in a fast paced office is essential
- Previous experience working within Education is highly desirable but not essential
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C and Above) or equivalent plus a level 3 qualification
- Recent experience of administering examinations would be highly advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure standards of excellence in managing examination administration processes
- To fully utilise the College's MIS for registration and maintaining Electronic Data interchange (EDI) for entry and
- capture of results
- Support the exams compliance and management team to ensure all student are correctly enrolled for all relevant examinations
- Assist in the delivery of a high quality range of services within a highly regulated environment
- Administering online examinations
- Providing statistics on examination results and analysis
