- then this is the school for youThis specialist school local to you is looking for a educational support assistant to join their team ASAP on a full time, basis (37.5 hours a week). This is a temporary to permanent role. This role is a term time only opportunity. This setting in question boasts a welcoming and modern site and long standing and friendly team. The setting supports approx. 50+ young adults from the age of 11 -19 years. Young people at this setting have Complex needs including EBD and Autism so a supportive, nurturing and resilient team member is needed. This role will include supporting our teaching staff to deliver on a daily basis a broad and balanced curriculum for our young people both on and off site. Post holders will work on a 1:1 basis with students when required as well as support in class with a small group. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a safe and supportive environment for the young people. This setting is invested in all their staff members and their training and development and is a fabulous setting to work in.
