Established for over 40 years this highly regarded company offer specialist Fit out services to clients. Their prime goal is centred around providing the best service possible and delivering specialist, bespoke results to their clients, covering the fit outsof commercial & office spaces. They have won several projects and continue to have an exciting pipeline carrying them well into 2023.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to massively contribute to a business' ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team. The company actively encourage the developmentof their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture.
This role would therefore ideally suit an Architectural Technician who enjoys working on exciting fit out projects and working within an ambitious culture. In turn you will gain experience working on commercial fit out developments & experience the full projectlife cycle through to handover and be succession planned into senior roles & other roles within the company.
**The role**:

- Assisting with formulating Client briefs.
- Assisting with assessing the needs of the building and its users, advising the client on the practicality of their project.
- Prepare and present design proposals at all design stages.
- Assisting with presentations, including layouts, visuals and mood boards, for design presentations.
- Produce detailed working drawings and specifications for tender, contract and construction stages.
- Consult with other professionals to coordinate design ideas.
- Work with associated Directors, QS's and team to develop the design in accordance with the budgets after award of contract, develop the detailed design needed for procurement and tendering.
