Experienced working foreman required for a new project in Hertford SG13 7DG (Hertfordshire). Program duration8 months.

Must a minimum SSSTS qualification and 8 years bricklaying experience.

Must be competent in managing, organizing, motivating their workforce on a daily basis and been able to establish the difference between good quality of work produced and what is not acceptable.
Being able to instruct & demonstrate clearly what tasks are to be achieved daily.
Having a good knowledge and understanding on NHBC regulations, maintaining high standards of workmanship and commitment to the build programme. Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety are maintained.
Communicating and planning with site management. Attend weekly project/supervisor meetings as required. Carry out and record weekly inspections, toolbox talks.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Bricklaying: 8 years (preferred)
