Night Supervisor

Newly opened 3 stars Northfields Ealing Hotel Best Western is a boutique hotel just an opposite Northfields Ealing Tube Station. This Stylish accommodation is only 20min by underground from central London and all attractions.

We are currently looking for a talented, smart, efficient, organised, friendly staff members to join our new team.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Supervision and motivation of team members including recording of sickness and lateness notification
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and that the guests expectations are met at all times
- Adhere to the Brand Standards
- Preparation of financial reporting for the hotel and Head Office - Financial reconciliations and banking
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures
- Training of new and existing team members.
- Have a good knowledge of local area
- Ensuring hotel security, safety of guests including provision of first aid and taking control in an emergency situation
- Preparation of rotas ensuring correct levels of staff for business needs
- To ensure that daily task sheets are completed by the team on shift
- Management of reception, breakfast service including hands on support
- Revenue management to ensure profitability of hotel
- Any other duties that may be requested by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northfield, W5 4UB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
