Purchasing Administrator

Laybrook are one of the leading adjustable bed manufacturers in the UK with over 20 years experience in the Adjustable Bed and Riser Chair industry. Bringing new products to the market with innovations in technology.
Laybrook are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their busy and friendly team in Bicester.
**The Role**
- Process Sales Order on CRM System
- Raise Purchase Orders in SAGE
- Co-ordinate with production on status of orders
- Liaise with suppliers on order status
- Update customers on their orders
- Receipt stock into SAGE
- Investigate any stock discrepancies
- Maintain products within SAGE
- Check supplier invoices are correct
- Send invoices for payment
**Skills / Experience**
- Previous experience within a similar admin / purchasing role would be desirable
- Experience of SAGE would be advantageous
- Good communicator with good customer service skills
Hours of work are Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:00 and 08:30 - 16:00 on Fridays.
