The company:
Our client is a construction company that manage projects throughout the entire project life cycle. They operate from the East Midlands (Hilton, Derbyshire) but work with clients across the UK. Projects range from commercial to residential renovations andnew build developments.
- Co-ordination of design, planning & engineering
- Help with appraising land / buildings.
- Manage STATS.
- Manage the design process, programme, value engineering, appointing architects, engineers, building control and any other external professionals needed.
- Act as Designer on any contracting work
- Review Sub-Contractors proposals for compliance
- Tender analysis on contracting work to spot opportunities or risks in the ER’s
