**Glen Gorse Golf Club** is a member owned, 18-hole golf club founded in 1933 and located in the Leicestershire suburb of Oadby, Glen Gorse is a hidden gem of natural beauty. The parkland course is well maintained and a tough test of golf.

A vacancy has arisen for a full time **Assistant Greenkeeper** to join our hard working and enthusiastic team. The club has recently invested in new kit and has a 5-year plan for machinery and projects to improve the course.
- A good working knowledge of turf machinery, routine machinery maintenance and irrigation systems
- PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying and chainsaw qualifications but not essential.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in line with current regulations and legislation
- A first aid qualification or be willing to undertake training.
- A knowledge of fine turf and the ability to address potential issues on the course.

The applicant must have an excellent work ethic, dedication, passion and be a team player.

Frequent weekends on a rota basis.
