**Painting Contractors to become Franchisees**
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Estimate and submit tenders for painting projects.
- Manage budgets and timelines for all painting projects.
- Hire and manage a team of skilled painters.
- Maintain quality control for all painting work carried out by the team.
- Attend site meetings with clients and other contractors.
- Work in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records on all painting work carried out.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in painting contracting, including both domestic and commercial work.
- Qualifications in the painting industry such as NVQs in painting and decorating.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of painters.
- Good financial and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other contractors.
- Ability to work independently while still being part of our network.
- A commitment to quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- A fee for the right to use our logo and benefit from our marketing, telesales, and contacts. Finance can be provided for the initial franchise fee plus initial cashflow requirements.
- Access to our administrative support, marketing, QS support, legal support and accountancy support.
- An opportunity to become a successful painting contractor in the industry with less and less work on the tools and more supervisory role inevitably running a business

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
