**Ferrari Express Limited** are looking for dynamic **Security Personnel** (3.5t Driver), with a great work ethic and can-do attitude, to deliver high value & time sensitive goods to venues around the UK, as part of a double crewed team. The role is based on 33 hours per week, working 0700-1900 Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (following a Bank Holiday Monday, working days will be Wednesday to Friday), with one-hour break each day, and optional overtime when available. We provide full on the job training, so while experience within the industry is desirable, it is not essential. If you would like to know more, we would like to hear from you.

In return for all this, we require a flexible **Security Personnel** (3.5t Driver) - the role involves, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Complete collection and delivery of freight in line with company operating procedures.
- Complete daily run sheet accurately and ensure information is uploaded to the system.
- Ensure all goods are safely secured and paperwork in order.
- Adhere to all security processes and procedures at all times.
- Keep allocated vehicle clean at all times and parked in an acceptable manner.
- Perform vehicle defect report on every company vehicle used.
- Check all freight collected and handed over is correct when loading/unloading vehicle.
- Pack any freight to ensure it is suitable for either road or air freight.
- Scan the POD’s as soon as delivery made and upload accurate information.
- Support management to ensure that we are meeting the client needs.
- Represent the company by demonstrating high levels of customer service and a smart appearance at all times.
- Support the Vault and Warehouse Manager if required to do so.
- Adhere to site security and health & safety regulations and report any breaches.
- Liaise with various security companies when making certain deliveries/collections.
- Undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by the Manager or Directors.

The knowledge, skills and experience required from our **Security Personnel** are:
Essential
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadline.
- Able to use a smart phone.
- Strong communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Be a team player in the transport team as well as working alongside all other members of staff.
- Smart/professional appearance.

Desirable
- Experience of transporting valuable goods.
- Experience of driving 3.5t vehicles.
- Sound knowledge of the outlook app and POD Scanning app on the smart phone supplied to them by the company.
- Knowledge of the local area and Central London.

Due to the nature of the role, there are a number of compulsory checks that must be carried out:

- A criminal record check - basic disclosure, carried out by the Disclosure & Barring Service.
- A full 5 year reference history, with any gaps in employment scrutinised and accounted for.
- A driving licence check, with a check code.
